Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Etsy Publisher integration (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Etsy Publisher is a Canva integration that allows users to publish design templates directly from Canva to their Etsy shop. The App connects your Canva account and Etsy seller account to automate the listing creation process.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must have valid Canva and Etsy accounts to use the App.
• You are responsible for ensuring your listings comply with Etsy's Seller Policy and applicable laws.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of listing titles, descriptions, pricing, and tags.
• You must not use the App to publish content that infringes on intellectual property rights.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all designs, templates, and content you create and publish through the App. Billy Annesley LLC does not claim any rights to your content.

5. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Billy Annesley LLC is not liable for failed or incorrect Etsy listings, loss of revenue due to service interruptions, changes to Canva or Etsy APIs that affect functionality, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by revoking OAuth access in your Canva and Etsy account settings. Billy Annesley LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
