This Privacy Policy describes how the Etsy Publisher Canva integration (“the App”) collects, uses, and protects your information.

2. Information We Collect

• Canva OAuth tokens— to access your Canva designs on your behalf
• Etsy OAuth tokens— to create and manage listings in your Etsy shop
• Etsy Shop ID— to identify which shop to publish to
• Design metadata— template names, descriptions, and preview images for listing creation

3. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used solely to authenticate your Canva and Etsy accounts, export designs from Canva, and create and publish listings on Etsy on your behalf.

4. Data Storage

Your OAuth tokens and credentials are stored in your local development environment and Vercel environment variables (encrypted at rest). We do not store your data in any external database or third-party service beyond what is required for the App to function.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. Your data is only transmitted to the Canva API (to access your designs) and the Etsy API (to create your listings).

6. Data Retention and Deletion

You can delete your data at any time by:

• Revoking the App's access in your Canva account settings
• Revoking the App's access in your Etsy connected apps settings

7. GDPR and CCPA Compliance

• You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time.
• You have the right to withdraw consent by revoking OAuth access.
• We do not sell personal information as defined under CCPA.

8. Security

We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted environment variables, HTTPS-only communication, and OAuth 2.0 with PKCE for authentication.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the effective date.
